Returns: There are no returns unless item(s) received damaged.

Claims: Damaged or defective items must be reported within five business days of receipt of shipment. Subject to authorization by Amber Spirit.

Reorders: $100.00 minimum. All past due balances must be paid before new orders are shipped.
